Bicycle Tugging

Imagine a bicycle with a string attached near the bottom of the rear wheel (see figure). You give a slow tug on the string straight backwards.

Does the bicycle move forward (in relation to its frame), backward, or what? Assume: “that the wheel does not slip on the ground.”
